SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Shipping times vary by destination. We work with reliable carriers to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

RETURNS

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery – no questions asked.

To start a return, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order:

Please include your order number and the items you wish to return. We'll send you the return instructions right away.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item you received was incorrect or defective. In that case, we cover the return shipping.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

Items must be returned in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

For hygienic reasons, the hygiene seal must remain intact and in place. Items returned with a removed or damaged hygiene seal will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

EXCEPTIONS

Returns are not accepted for personalised or custom-made items.
